To rule out any software related failure and to avoid unnecessary costs,
please make sure to go through the following steps before you clam any RMA:
Did you reboot the appliance?
Are you sure, that there is no problem with your internet connection?
Did you try removing the appliance power supply for some minutes?
Did you try to restore the appliance via Regeneration Center?
