Support for end customers without a valid Up2Date Service License

First level support for end customers without a valid Up2Date Service License is provided directly by your local underground_8 partner. Please contact your IT service provider or system integrator.

Support for partners

Second level support is available free of charge to underground_8 partners, assuming that the appliance has a valid Up2Date Service License. Therefore please contact our Support-Team by telephone, e-mail, or use our support form.

Please have the serial number of your appliance ready.
(Please also keep in mind, that underground_8 will not store any access data of your appliance. Therefore it might be necessary, to submit your access data for a new support ticket!)
