Our board of directors have a wide range of experience from various different sectors of industry and research.

Gerhard Sundt

As a member of the Board, Gerhardt Sundt not only opens many doors into the world of business and industry, he also gives the company the benefit of his international experience. Gerhard Sundt is currently Director of the Hewlett Packard consultancy organisation, HP Consulting (HPC).

Prior to his activities at HP, he was a member of the board of logistics company D. Logistics AG, responsible for the areas of consulting, IT, e-commerce, marketing and capital investments, and can look back on a thoroughly successful career in the field of consultancy.
His previous roles have included Senior Partner at Arthur D. Little Inc., Management Spokesman for De-Te-System, Executive Vice President of Deutsche Telekom, Vice President of the Gartner Group and Development Manager of the Digital Equipment Corp.

Sundt graduated as a Telecommunications Engineer in Vienna in 1979. In parallel with his commercial activities, Gerhard Sundt has also taught IT in Boston and at the University of Regensburg, among others.

Dr. Carl Radler

A doctor of law and political science, he brings to the underground_8 Supervisory Committee his international experience in the area of establishing sales, marketing and reseller channels.
Until his retirement, Dr Radler held leading positions with OBM in Austria, Eastern Europe, and the Germany/Austria/Switzerland and Europe/Middle East/Asia regions.  Since his return to active work, he also works for the Austrian Senior Experts Pool.

Johannes Hofer

Johannes Hofer is a successful entrepreneur with many years experience in international business. He is a well-known Business Angel, offering the company the full benefit of his wide experience in the areas of sales and IPO.

Johannes Hofer was previously CEO of Teak Holz International. He successfully floated this company on the stock exchange in 2007. Hofer has been involved as an independent consultant in several international business projects.
